Great felt, slow shipping
I ordered a few sheets of wool felt and some felt balls for a craft project. The quality of the felt is really good, very soft and the colors were true to the website. I also liked that they are ethically produced. However, shipping took a while, about 15 days to get to my place in California, even with the free worldwide shipping. I guess it's coming from far away. The packaging was good though, everything arrived in perfect condition.
Good value, minor issue
I purchased a set of organic wool dryer balls and a small wool storage basket. The dryer balls work really well, reduced drying time and static like they said. The basket is also sturdy and looks nice in the living room. I appreciate that their products are ethically made. My only small gripe is that the color of the basket was a little different than what appeared on my screen, slightly darker in person.
